Fees & Costs
Our rates are defined according to the length of the stay of the Au Pairs:
One to three months
Summer months are the most common for this type of stay.

Medium-term stays for families who need a person beyond the summer months.

* The RESERVATION in requesting an Au Pair. This is when we begin to select candidates.
The process begins with the registration of the Family on the website (which has no cost). Once we receive the request we contact the Family to formalize the Reservation and start the selection of the most suitable candidates.
* The AGREEMENT is signed and paid once the family has chosen the candidate. From this moment we contact the Au Pair to confirm that she has been chosen by the Family.
In the event that the Family cancels the service before signing the Agreement, they will not be entitled to a refund of the Reservation and they will not have to pay any additional amount. If the service is canceled up to 2 days after the signing of the Agreement, the Family must pay 50% of the total amount of the Agreement for management expenses. After the first two days, service cancellations will not be accepted.
We have a loyalty program for our Families, which offers them a 10% discount if they renew the hiring of an Au Pair with us.
